					<description>In fact, we can "print more money" and that's pretty much what the Fed has been doing on and off since 1998 by keeping interest rates abnormally low.   The excessive flow of money has been largely responsible for the two recent "bubbles" our economy--stocks in the late 90's and home prices now.  As you may recall, when they tried to reverse this policy in 2000, the stock bubble blew up.   Now they are trying again.  We'll see if it works out better this time.</description>
