Another look at home values
Real estate experts say Tucson has been a sellers’ market for at least the last year and a half, and the trend is accelerating.
The median sale price in the Tucson metro area has gone from $156,500 in March 2004 to $190,000 last month - a 21.4 percent increase, according to the Tucson Association of Realtors.
