Green Valley Moments

My Residential Notice of Value which I recently received from the Pima County Assessor notified me that the “full cash value” of our home will increase a whopping 16.6% for 2006, from the value in 2005.

If that means that real estate values in our little neighborhood increased that much in a year, it’s the best investment we own!
