Happy Mother’s Day
Happy Mother’s Day to all you Mothers out there, and a special wish to my Mother and my wife, the two best Mothers I know.
My wife will be working today so that a lot of other Mothers will have a special day.
Mom plans to have the noonday meal with me today at my home and, when asked, wanted my Corned Beef and Cabbage, with Potatoes, Carrots and Onions. She gets her wish.
She has always loved yellow roses so my Brother, Sister and I gave her a dozen along with a plant. We thought she could enjoy them all weekend.

Aunt June looks wonderful! A yellow rose herself. I hope she had a wonderful Mother’s Day today, as she SO deserves it. Such a loving person, and a gentle soul.

Thanks for sharing the nice picture of June. She looks very happy.
We had a great day yesterday. I picked Mom up and brought her over to Joyce’s house for an old-fashioned Midwest cookout. Of course, Lisa, Adrienne, Mark and I had Bocaburgers. Lisa’s brother, Rob, nephew Stephen and Mom and Joyce enjoyed the red meat. The weather was beautiful and we had a great day.
We’ve had a very nice visit so far…very hectic. But this week looks to be calmer and, so far, the weather has cooperated. Looking forward to getting back to GV.

Hi June, what a nice surprise to see you looking so good, always pretty, as usual, but so very happy. Who wouldn’t be with a big bunch of Yellow Roses presented to a very special mom.
We were at Allison and Beth’s when Arden was checking Rod’s Blog and so a thank you to Rod for the entry for us all to see. Now that you are in the deep south, you are truly my “seester.”
Sorry I am a week late with this, but I know you understand.
Adios and Love,
Ina

Hi Grandma June!
Just now getting caught up on emails after being distracted the first 4 weeks of our “little one’s” life. Hope you enjoyed your Mother’s Day. Denise enjoyed her first Mother’s Day as well, especially after getting her favorite meal…. Flo’s Filet with a side of sauteed mushrooms at Longhorn Steakhouse. Miranda can’t wait to see you someday.
Love,
Mike, Denise and Miranda
