Happy New Year!
For the first time in several years, I stayed awake to welcome in the new year.
I had a drink with Miss Nancy (Egg Nog with Bailey’s Irish Creme and Starbucks Coffee Liqueur, my own creation) as we strained to listen to Dick Clark at New York’s Times Square celebration, which took place hours earlier. We retired shortly afterwards.
New Year’s Resolutions? I didn’t make any. I avoid committment.

Thanks to people like you drinking Starbuck’s products their stock was my biggest winner in 2005! I have now sold it all and am looking for the next Fad concept. I will be sending you DOUWE EGBERTS POD that can only be brewed in a Senseo machine in hopes you will break down and buy one and have the BEST cup of coffee in your life!

Happy New Year to you and Nancy. We did not make it to midnight again this year. Has been several years since we even tried. Hard to believe 2006 is here.
