    Looks like whatever we spent on all that brick paving, which I believe was done only last spring, was a waste.

    The brickwork was put in in two stages. The first was 4 years ago, and the second was 2 years ago. Neither was paid for by the Association. Both the phases were entirely paid by the EE Volunteers, at absolutely NO cost to the Association.
    When the last brickwork was done, 2 years ago, no one had any concept of a ramada cover.
    There will be damage to the brickwork, without question, but it cant be helped. The bricks themselves will be reused.
